Nata Brûlée Cloud
Created exclusively for The London Coffee Festival in collaboration with Union Hand-Roasted Coffee, the Nata Brûlée Cloud is our signature iced coffee inspired by the comforting flavours of Portugal’s iconic pastel de nata.
Carefully layered with ice, water, flavoured nata milk, and rich espresso, the drink is finished with a silky pastel de nata foam, a dusting of cinnamon, and a delicate caramel disk designed to crack into the drink before sipping.
The inspiration behind the drink comes from a much-loved customer who visited our café daily for his favourite cappuccino and pastel de nata. Over time, Stewart became a cherished part of our coffee shop family. His kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit left a lasting mark on all of us.
This festival weekend would have marked Stewart’s birthday, and we wanted to create something that honoured the small ritual he loved so much: good coffee, good conversation, and a pastel de nata shared in good company.
The Nata Brûlée Cloud is more than a signature drink. It is a tribute to comfort, community, and the people who make cafés feel like home.
